It is a drive through the desert to get to California but a different kind of desert as I mentioned previously. One thing there are certainly more of here when you cross the border are these huge fans that are used to power locations in California and Arizona if I am not mistaken. They harness the breeze coming from the ocean and convert it to electric power. Quite an awesome site to see as it’s not something one would usually encounter everyday. We’re getting closer, I can start to smell the ocean!
